Scheduled maintenance on ICA and MOHRE API connections was completed successfully. All government transaction submissions were paused and reprocessed automatically. No client data was affected.
Delayed email notification delivery
Some clients experienced a delay in receiving compliance alert emails due to a third-party email delivery issue. The issue was resolved and all pending notifications were delivered. No compliance deadlines were missed as a result.
Elevated portal response times
The portal experienced slower than usual response times during peak hours due to higher than expected traffic. Infrastructure was scaled automatically and performance returned to normal within 35 minutes.
