Welcome to PlusUAE Connect. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our client portal platform, web application, mobile application, and associated services.

1. Introduction and Scope

Welcome to PlusUAE Connect (the "Platform"), operated by PlusUAE ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our client portal platform, which includes our web application, our mobile application, and all associated services, APIs, and integrations. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging into the Platform, or otherwise accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is intended solely for users who are of legal age to form a binding contract in their respective jurisdictions. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities & Account Security

  • Account Creation: To access the Platform's core features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information up to date.
  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your passwords or authentication tokens with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  • Authentication & Sessions: The mobile application automatically utilizes secure local storage mechanisms to manage and maintain your active session tokens. You remain responsible for securing the physical device used to access the Platform against unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or burden the integrity or performance of the Platform, its APIs, or underlying infrastructure.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any user account, network, or server associated with the Platform.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of the web or mobile applications.
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the Platform without our prior written consent.
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality—including but not limited to design, text, graphics, interfaces, logos, and software—are exclusively owned by PlusUAE, its licensors, or other providers of such material. These are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. No right, title, or interest in or to the Platform is transferred to you.

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform may utilize or integrate with third-party web services, APIs, and content loaded via WebViews within our mobile application. These integrations are provided for your convenience. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your interactions with third-party services, including the submission of data within WebViews, are strictly between you and the third party.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PlusUAE, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM;
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM;
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM; OR
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

9. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to all or part of the Platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect, such as by updating the "Last Updated" date, sending an email, or displaying a notification within the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
